LEED Certifications
Our sustainability initiatives in our first office investment (Skyview corporate park) helped us procure a LEED Platinum certification for the office building.
Making Offices Greener
Building on our existing sustainability initiatives, we have set a goal to reduce carbon emissions and water consumption across all investments for all our Assets under management. We are currently working on an intensive plan to upgrade the Building certification of our investment -Kore Tech Park from IGBC Silver and are working with the tenants to achieve LEED Certifications for Operation & Maintenance. , we have a LEED Gold for the KG Marg Asset and are preparing to achieve LEED Certifications for Operation & Maintenance.
