Indiabulls Investment Management Ltd, a Real Estate Asset Management Space initiative by the Indiabulls Group, is the Investment Manager to various Real Estate Funds. IBAMC has a razor sharp focus on tactical and opportunistic investments in good quality assets across Tier 1 cities. Ambar Maheshwari

Ambar looks after the Asset Management business at Indiabulls. A Chartered Accountant, Ambar brings with him substantial deal-making and structuring experience in the Real Estate sector.

Prior to joining Indiabulls AMC, Ambar was associated with JLL as Managing Director, where he successfully ran five businesses including Corporate Finance, Education, Healthcare and Social Housing, Special Development Initiatives and Infrastructure. He had worked with DTZ for over five years profitably leading the Investment Advisory business for India which included Capital Raising, Valuations and Strategic Consulting Services. Additionally, the firm’s presence in West India for other service lines that included Commercial Leasing, Project Management and Research were set-up under Ambar’s leadership. With an overall experience of over 20 years in India and Australia, Ambar has been focusing on the Real Estate sector for the last 10 years. His non real estate stints as an investment banker included IL&FS where he set up the Fee Based Investment Banking business for India, Ambit Corporate Finance and KPMG.

Amit Jain

Recognized as an Investment Professional with life cycle experience of debt and private equity Fund raising, investment, asset management & divestment including investor relations.

A hands-on and collaborative Leader with 18 years’ experience across fund investment strategies including debt and equity with ICICI Bank, Reliance Capital , Aditya Birla Finance & IIFL Asset Management in Residential /Commercial real estate underwriting, risk & assets management, retail mortgages & other structured products. Demonstrated ability to lead and work across a wide range of strategic, operational, and administrative responsibilities with outstanding team and project management skills. Extensive experience in building relationships with Real Estate Clients across India managing AUM ~INR 6000 Crores and stakeholder engagement experience across banking, NBFC, HFC and AIF Platforms. Amit display track record in bringing deals to completion, structuring, negotiating, financial modelling and managing portfolio companies and co-investment transactions.

Dinabandhu Patra is an Architect with over 25 years experience in delivering large scale Building Projects.

He led the team at Across & Beyond which is a specialised firm that partners with Real Estate developers and Private Equity Funds on developing large construction projects across India. Prior to founding Across Beyond, Dinabandhu led the Design & Planning function at Indiabulls Real Estate.
Dinabandhu did Undergraduate studies in Architecture from OUAT, Bhubaneswar & Graduate Studies in Urban Design from University of Texas at Austin.

He also managed the communication channel with the exchanges and the regulators of the capital market. Uday started his career with Securities and Exchange Board of India, wherein he participated in multiple investigations into market manipulation cases and Stock Exchange/Broker inspection. He also worked with global investment banks like Credit Suisse, UBS, Wachovia Securities and Wells Fargo through Perot Systems and Cognizant Technology Solutions in the area of investment banking domain consultancy and business transition at onsite locations.

He also advised clients on private and public Mergers & Acquisitions including takeovers of public listed Indian companies and Private Equity transactions.
